The four-point probe method can be used to measure volume resistivity, surface resistivity, and conductivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"205\" height=\"253\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gzrunhu.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/4pp.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3556\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The four-point probe method is the four-terminal measurement using four-point array probes and with RCF calculation.<br>It can be used to calculate volume resistivity and surface resistivity (sheet resistance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Four point probe is used to measure resistive properties of semiconductor wafers and thin films.
